Tory Cenaj

Operations/Business Development

With over 12 years in the health communications industry, Ms. Cenaj has extensive experience in all facets of the publishing and communications arena. She has managed multimillion dollar portfolio of medical education, medical journals, and new media products in primary care, neurology, geriatrics, urology, dermatology, managed care, and ophthalmology markets.

She has launched two global surgical videos, as well as licensed and negotiated contracts for health communications products in over 20  Your ALT-Text here countries worldwide. She has integrated and established new media and technology divisions  in US and global affiliates. Ms. Cenaj has developed contract field forces, conducted early and late phase clinical trials, and health education programs. She has served as Director of the Foundation for Depression and Manic Depression, where she managed all aspects of clinical studies and endowments. 

Ms. Cenaj received her BA in government and fine art from Smith College, Northampton, MA. 

 

Paul Gary

Creative

Mr. Gary has more than 20 years of experience as an art director and graphic designer. He has worked on a broad array of promotional designs and packaging for a full range of pharmaceutical products that include antibiotics, antidepressants, cardiovascular products, dermatological products, and bronchodilators.

He responds to difficult marketing situations with concepts and designs that meet the needs of target audiences. He has designed multiwave direct mail campaigns, display advertising, OME programs, sales and patient aids, and a variety of award-winning hearth care publications.

A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, he holds a BFA degree in Media Art.

 

Robert Marshall

Meetings/Event Planning

Mr. Marshall has 15 years experience in the hospitality and meetings arena. He is responsible for overseeing all meeting services and program planning. This includes meetings, symposia, teleconferencing, web broadcasts, speaker training, and speaker bureau programs.

He was a founding member of the Faculty Group, a medical communications company. Prior to that, he served as Director of Operations of Colleague Medical, a Reed Elsevier company. His newest venture in the healthcare arena is Marshall Associates, a meetings and planning group.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Professional Studies degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

 

 

 

 

Brad Marx

Internet Strategies and Technologies

Mr. Marx began his career with the US Air Force as an Electronics Warfare Specialist stationed at SAC Command in Omaha, NE. After retiring from US duties, he worked with several manufacturers of diagnostic laboratory equipment developing training programs to educate laboratory personnel in the integration of computers into the diagnostic processes.

His career path enabled him to design local area and wide area networks for clients of Network Solutions. He moved to CompUSA, where he developed their  On Line Training University for Fortune 500 firms. During his tenure at CompUSA, Mr. Marx became a certified Zen Net Master.

Mr. Marx has created, designed, produced, and delivered pharmaceutical product websites for professionals, clinicians, and patients. He has developed Internet programs for virtual exhibit booths, virtual exhibit halls for medical associations, on-line patient compliance programs, web ring portal strategies,  and marketing / sales communications sites. As Webmaster, he is responsible for traffic analysis / generation as well as site integrity and design. As Technologist, he is responsible for keeping ahead of the technology curve and matching client current / future business needs with current / future promising technologies.

 

Maureen Molé

Managed Care

Maureen Molé possesses over 12 years experience in managed healthcare communications. She has developed and implemented programs targeted to physicians, pharmacists, and consumers for several managed are companies.  As a former member of a Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Maureen was responsible for the communication strategy to launch the first national, partially closed formulary.  This resulted in a 90% compliance rate. In addition, she worked with national account representatives of pharmaceutical companies to implement pull-through programs. an>

Maureen has implemented cardiovascular and respiratory disease management programs, advertising, and medical education campaigns.

 

John Russo, Jr., MS, PharmD

Scientific Medical Writing/Editorial Programming

Dr. Russo has more than 20 years experience in conceptualizing and implementing educational and marketing support programs targeted to physicians and other health care professionals for the pharmaceutical industry.

Before entering the field of medical communications, he was Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Adjunct Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Utah.

Dr. Russo is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS degree in pharmacy. He received a Master of Science degree in Institutional Pharmacy Practice at St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dr. Russo currently heads The MedCom Resource. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Medical Communications at www.vicus.com, a complementary and alternative medicine website. Prior to that, he was Chief-of-Operations and Director of Continuing Medical Education at Churchill Communications North America.

Dr. Russo has written and edited more than 250 articles, symposia proceedings, monographs, and books. He has traveled to Europe and Asia to conduct clinical trials for American pharmaceutical companies and provide editorial services for educational programs in support of international marketing strategies. He has recently focused efforts on developing educational programs on CD-ROM and the web. He has extensive experience in gastroenterology, infectious disease, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, HIV / AIDS, rheumatology, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and oncology.
